I don't see the value
This is the 7th Lego brand book I've purchased. This one, by far, was the most expensive ... and frankly, I don't see any value in it. As an educator, hobbyist, and parent, its really just another book that will sit in my library ... and that's about it. There is barely any readability. The pictures are just that, and once seen, really don't have anything to add. For the $35 price point, I would've expected more history, explanation, philosophy, etc. that would make it meaningful. Instead, it just seems to be a promotion for collecting minifigs. It even included a couple old ads. Le sigh.
