Remarkable
I’m an AFOL who has never watched a single episode of Ninjago but was drawn to this set due to the Cyberpunk asthetic. It’s an absolutely phenomenal build for so many reasons. The build is a lot more varied and colorful than many of the modulars and incorporates a ton of fun and complex play functions. Lots of unique shapes and structures makes it a more interesting build. Being a LEGO owned property keeps it from having a licensing “tax” and makes is a great value for the money. It’s a lot more customizable than many of the sets more geared towards adults meaning you’ll continue to have fun building onto it weeks after you complete the main build. I had a ton of fun upgrading and “bulking up” the mech that comes with it. Speaking of which- it’s a really cool concept that you build parts of the mech into the set as you go that you can add on at the end. Just all around really happy with this set. Wishing I’d discovered how great this line is before so many of them have retired. But now eying that City Markets set!
