LEGO Prince Florian & Castle Bowser 72042

As soon as this was released I was told 'this was so me' so I asked for it for an early birthday present. The price per piece count was good and it was a good build. The first part seems like you're building a cabbage! 🥬 It says on the LEGO.com description a kid can fly it round the room. That's not happening, I didn't build it at home and had to take it on a car journey home and pieces all fell off it just driving off a curb! The greens don't seem as vibrant in real life as the instructions, box or LEGO site, I was disappointed with this. It was on my bucket list to complete all mario games ever and the only game I didn't finish was mario wonder, I got stuck on the level before this boss fight so didn't recognise this set and thats why, but building it in LEGO form made up for that. Loved the characters that came with it. Prince Florian and bowser jr are wonderful. I know pink Yoshi is a different build but I wish we'd had a different colour Yoshi instead. Awesome build, awesome set 👏
