LEGO Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle 75104

This shuttle is the first Star Wars: The Force Awakens product I've acquired. Just before the official trailer was released, I had it. On the day I saw the trailer, I was really excited. So excited that I couldn't keep the box unopened any longer. With nine bags of LEGO and a substantial instruction manual, the contents are extensive. When I finished the first bag, I found the shuttle's base to be particularly large. How enormous would this spacecraft actually be? And how much time could I spend building it? Because I had completely forgotten about everything else, and almost two hours had already passed. Over the course of that week, I spent over an hour each evening before dinner to use the remaining bags and complete the construction. Every day, the ship steadily grew. Here's what I found noteworthy: - There are many minifigures included, six pieces. - All the minifigures are unique, with both light and dark-colored boys and girls under the helmets – Chapeau LEGO/Disney. - The shooting system works very well, and the "lasers" shoot hard and far – so be careful. - The wings move very smoothly with a technical rotating system, making the spaceship less tall. - Unfortunately, the wings do not move sideways. A short clip in the movie trailer shows that this should be possible. - A landing stand or separate stand is missing, making it impossible to open the hatch/entrance when the spaceship is on the ground. Overall, I had a lot of fun building it, and seeing (and playing with) it makes me even more excited to see the new movie!
