Building the train was a great experience with my 6-year-old daughter. We enjoyed finding the pieces together and she also loved the experience of building it herself. I find it disappointing that the train, unlike other LEGO trains, is not equipped with electric drive, so it cannot be added to a train track. In that respect, it is a rather expensive train, as there are other models that are available for approximately the same price and are equipped with both tracks and a motor and remote control.
