Different build experience to other cars
build number 3 of the 4 i bought together in this series (Corvette and Koningsegg already complete). This is the least intuitive of the car builds I've done, in places i couldn't tell what I was doing nor where the section should be fitted to the body. I made one glaring mistake (my fault, connector 90 degrees out) and had to prise a number of pieces apart to correct. Wasn't fun and I couldn't unpick the pieces because I had pushed a pin in that fixed things in place. Many sections are only held in place at one end, you might expect this to make the car more fragile but it seems to have more solidity than i had been expecting.
The instructions are generally good, but more close-up images of fixing point would have been useful.
The whole set came in 4 bags (5 for Corvette, 7 for koeningsegg) this can mean there is a bit of hunting for pieces early in each bag - i would have preferred more separation.
Stickers - less said the better but i found the stickers on the lower bumper section pretty much impossible to place.
Overall it looks pretty good, build was OK, so I gave a 4 out of 5 rating

Enjoyed putting this together. Really one of my first bigger technic builds. Really enjoyed it alot and Love result.

Fantastic model
This is the second model my nephew and I have completed this week.
He has been recovering from an injury that affects his fine motor skills and he has thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.

McLaren F4/4 is a better ourchase
Although this is a nice looking car when finished, many of the pieces were very tight and a lot of them were unnecessary. The engine pistons that go up and down are hidden behind so many other pieces that it’s really not worth the trouble to build them. You’d be much better off spending your money on the Senna McLaren F4/4 car.

I got mine in a Walmart but I was missing a whole dang page of pieces lego I’ve never had this happen and i don’t know why it did this time but I’d like to try to talk to someone and get those pieces separately

Qua set vind ik het zeker gelet op de prijs één van de betere sets van LEGO.Wat mijn echte tegen staat is het grote aantal stickers dat op de verschillende onderdelen geplakt moet worden.Zelf betaal ik liever iets meer voor een set waarbij de onderdelen al voorzien zijn van de test betreffende plaatjes dan dat ik tijdens het bouwen nog apart stickers moet gaan plakken!!!!

Leuk om te bouwen, veel kleine onderdelen.
Leuke bouwdoos met veel onderdelen.
Reden van aanschaf was het aantal onderdelen van deze bouwdoos, ik ben Fan van de auto bouwdozen rond de 40 euro van Lego Technic. Ik moet wel zeggen dat ik dit de slechtste bouwdoos van de serie vindt. Ik heb het idee dat als je naar de motor kijkt dat dit een ander team is geweest die dit bedacht heeft en op de markt heeft gezet, misschien technisch correct, maar het doel missend. Helaas was mijn bouwdoos niet compleet: velengstuk van mijn stuur ontbrak (zelf opgelost door een kleinere verlengbus toe te passen) omdat deze verder geen functie heeft en je deze bij dit model (bijna) niet ziet. en bij de de rechter achter spatbord/spoiler was alleen de verbindings t-stuk beschikbaar die je volgens de beschrijving niet moet gebuiken. Omdat alles zwart is zie je dat toch bijna niet. (op blauwe pin na. Verder vraag ik mij wel afwarop de leeftijden van de modellen worden gebaseerd. de MC Laren is vanaf 10 jaar maar die was wel gemakkelijker in elkaar te zetten.
Build the goal for their dream car!
My teen said she would love to have a sports car when she can afford one in the future. She saw this Lego Bugatti Lego set and would love to have it. I figured she can build it so building it is like building her dream to have a goal in having this sport car. The instruction is very clear. It takes patience for a beginner to build but it teaches my daughter perseverance and determination. It looks realistic and my daughter loves it!
Fun & challenging build
This was a very easy decision to make just because of the color scheme. It's black/yellow and it really sticks out in my collection. The build was fun, and challenging and some of the pictures in the instructions are hard to understand. There are similar pieces and you are doing steps and next thing you realize after doing 2-3 steps you make a mistake and have to go backwards. It happens.
There are numerous stickers and just over 900 pieces in the build. My recommendation is to use Windex and tweezers to apply the stickers - it makes putting them on much easier. There are 4 stickers for the wheels, I did not use these because they didn't look right on the car.
You will enjoy this build.
Mistake in building instructions
In the Lego instructions building bulk there is a mistake on page 35 step step 71 you Lego has a labelled the 11 stud technic beam the 15 stud icon and the 15th stud technic beam the 11 stud

Ingewikkelde bouwconstructie
Ik heb dit model mogen testen. Wij zijn thuis helemaal fan van Lego, hebben enorm veel ervaring met technisch Lego maar zijn er desondanks wel even mee bezig geweest om deze mooie auto te bouwen. Een kind van 9 zal echt begeleiding moeten hebben om dit te bouwen. Ondanks alle tekeningen en goede instructie is de leeftijdscategorie echt geen 9+. Deze zal wat ons betreft echt omhoog moeten
