Perfect fan merchandise, with slight limitations
The upscaled lego mug is an exact upscale (except for the thickness of the minifigure mug's wall, which would be impractical to scale up). As a result it works as a mug but comes out with a slightly smaller capacity (250ml to the brim) than most coffee mugs (300ml approx, generally). The recesses underneath fill up if inverted in a dishwasher but it is dishwasher safe. It IS microwave safe (personally tested!). The handle is hollow so it's light enough that it doesn't make the mug top-heavy. For multiple mug-buyers... they are stackable!
