For me, as an Italy lover and beginner LEGO builder, this Vespa scooter is very fun. It's not too simple, there are still quite a few pieces, so it doesn't finish too quickly. Also, the price is good.

Lego mini Vespa

This set is really good and is a nice set to go along with the big Lego Vespa which is Lego set 10298. The only downside to this small Vespa is that you can not scan the instructions to get insider points. But overall this is a really good quality set

Great detail

Fun build, very sturdy. Even though it stands ok, I made my own little supports so it wouldn’t accidentally fall onto any other sets on the shelf.

Easy build & fun kit

Fantastic quick build!

It's at adorable at it looks. It's a small quick build but it stays interesting the entire time. It's sturdy once built so can handle some play. Very glad I picked this little one up!

A Vespa for his Zia

Finley our 4 year old son finished this in a few hours over a couple of days. His auntie had a Vespa when she lived in Italy so he said it’s for her. It’s a complex build for a four year old but there was no need for me to intervene (apart from stickers as per usual) he loved building this set and he loves the whole Lego experience.

Missing Pieces

It was a great build while it lasted. It was missing two pieces. It gave me to 2x3 flat piece instead of 1x2 and 2x2 flat pieces. I don't think I want to cut or break the 2x3 flat piece to make it work. Otherwise it was good. My kids really like it.

Great Little Kit

Great little kit, sturdily designed, and fun to build. Good use of roofing and arch bricks to replicate the curves of the fenders and windscreen. It will look right at home with my Tuk-Tuk and other vehicles in my collection.

Bike for a beginner

Loved the little Vespa as bought the bigger one for hubby, daughter taking notice and getting involved with dads builds so I’m getting and starting her on little builds and will increase pieces very soon.

Challenging

Intriguing to build, make mistakes then correct them and that makes you feel overwhelmed. It is unstable and falls over because it has 2 wheels, so at the moment i will decide on something to uphold it.

Fun!

Very cute little Vespa build. I always wanted a little Lego Vespa but I was hesitant to buy the blue one. I am so happy Lego made this easy cheap one instead. It is perfect for me. No missing pieces and it looks adorable on my desk. I wish there were more colors.

The Italian connection

Upon seeing this set on Lego store I had to have it, who doesn't love a Vespa? When it's arrived I tore into, opening the package to a nice amount of pieces for a kit of this size and the minimal yet effective sticker sheet. The build was fun and the playability is good, the only issue I have is it doesn't handle a heavy hand and will fall apart easy enough and it tends to separate easy at the spline join. In all though I really enjoy this set on every level.
