Great, definitely recommended.
Amazing! I really have no negative comments about this product. When I read the reviews from others about the bag not being good, etc., I say… you don't need bags anymore, come on! I have already put all the colors in separate containers so I had more control over the colors, and I threw the bags away ;) It's also super nice that you also packaged it. Did you know that I secretly hoped for that too? It was a gift for my son and I thought it would be nice to wrap him in a gift, and you had already done it, how lucky! Thanks :) I also received it the next day. Super thanks
The Beatles
Very fun for collecting, unfortunately, if you want to have all four, it becomes quite expensive.
For every Beatles fan
Nice, but also quite expensive. If you want all four.
Highly recommended
Great for music and LEGO fans.
Great
This product is amazing. It combines two of my hobbies, music and LEGO, in one box. It starts with opening the box. When you open it, it seems like you're opening a special edition of one of the Beatles albums. When you open the booklet, it immediately starts with a lot of beautiful information about the Beatles. It is also clear that the photos used to create the portraits were from The White album. In addition, there is a QR code to listen to an interview via the LEGO site. Step by step, you are guided through the building process of the portraits, and you are explained how to build and assemble the portraits using numbers and colors. You do this by matching the caps/bricks indicated as color and number with a marking on the left side of the page, and then with the indicated numbers and colors on the drawing. The bricks are clearly packaged in bags, along with the 9 tiles used to assemble the portraits. I am only sorry that the bags are not resealable, which means that there is a chance that when you build it multiple times, the caps/bricks will fall out of the bags and wander around. This means that you may lose some. It is nice that the list of portraits is made entirely of real LEGO bricks. This gives you the feeling that you are actually building with LEGO. If you have used the wrong color or placed the bricks in the wrong place, there is a removal tool that you should be able to use to remove the caps. My experience is that this is not very useful, it is too thick to remove the caps. I use a knife or scissors for this, but this unfortunately leaves scratches. If you have made one of the Beatles, you can decide to disassemble the portrait and build another member. This is possible because you can build all four members with one box, one at a time. I have currently built John Lennon. However, I am sorry to have to disassemble it again, which has led me to decide to buy 3 more sets and build all the other members as well.
Nice product.
Since last week, I have had this LEGO set at home, and the first impression is very good. The set contains everything neatly packaged in bags, and the base plates are in a separate box. As you would expect from LEGO, the instructions are clearly visible in pictures. Unfortunately, the instructions in the instruction booklet are not written in Dutch (although they are in English), but there is a QR code in the booklet for other languages, but there is no Dutch there either. The building instructions for each base plate (there are 9) are clearly explained in the booklet. On each page of a base plate, there is a color legend. Building the plates with the round pieces is very easy, and I personally find it a very relaxing task. If you have made the individual plates, you can connect them together with pins and create a whole. I think that you can better see/recognize the total plate from a greater distance or on a photo than when you are standing close to it. On the box and in the instruction booklet, there is a QR code that allows you to listen to a soundtrack. My expectation was that it would be songs by The Beatles, but unfortunately, it was only interviews and background information. I haven't finished the entire plate yet, but I already find the result very cool so far.
