I love practical builds that you can use on the daily, and this calendar now adorns my desk at work. I love the fact that you can change the year too, as it has instructions on how to do so when the time comes! I foresee this following me wherever I go.

A fine Lego calendar to use through 2038

I bought this in January 2024 and forgot it until it showed up on Lego stores again in December 2024. I was annoyed that I biased building it during the intended year and surprised that a year-old calendar was being sold without a discount. Even though the box art doesn't suggest there are spare parts or instructions to modify the set for other years, it turns out there are. It actually includes the parts and instructions to make all ten digits, and looks like it can display any year up to 2037 (so long as you don't lose your spare parts). Unfortunately, trying to build the "8" will use more quarter round tiles than the set appears to include, so you will have to raid another set for parts or retire your calendar after 14 years of faithful service.

Good, but let down by stickers

Really liked this set! Decent build, and lots of good details. However, it was let down by the round stickers, which were cut incorrectly. There's a black border around these ones, which makes it even more obvious that the cut was poor. Credit to LEGO Customer Services for sending me a replacement sticker set but, after my third replacement with poor cut outs, I gave up, and used a scissors to cut out the entire thing!

Exciting, colourful build

This set was fun to build and I enjoyed it tremendously. The dragon face has so much character and the minifigs are a bonus. I followed the advice of the reviewer who added 2- 2×4 orange bricks to combine it as 1. 100% would recommend

Festival calendar

Fun build. Am a dragon lover and am of Asian descent so especially loved this piece. I altered the build by added some pieces to use bothe the stand and the dragon boat since I loved both stands!

Love This Perpetual Calendar!

I have been hoping that Lego would release a new perpetual calendar after the Lego Iconic Brick Calendar was retired. When I saw this online, I ordered it right away. How lovely that Lego came out with a Lunar New Year / Asian themed perpetual calendar! I like how the set includes options and the flexibility of having two different bases to mount the calendar unit upon. The build was easy, however I had a tough time deciding on placement of the number stickers for the date wheels. The instructions show to place them right by the side edge of the wheel, but the image on the front of the box has the number stickers in the middle. I played around with mine and it was easy to lightly adhere the sticker (but not all the way) and remove to adjust placement. IMHO placing the number sticker on the edge like in the instructions manual makes the calendar look odd. I placed mine nearly in the center. You just have to make sure your placement is even for the month wheels and date wheels so that there isn’t a huge gap (or so that they aren’t too close to the middle). Hope that makes sense. I really enjoyed building this and look forward to displaying it on my desk for Lunar New Year and the months ahead!!

Really cool

This is a great set! I only wish the dragonboat was a little longer so that the calendar and other display could have sit in it perfectly. But other than than I plan on bring this to my office and having it displayed for work.

Cute perpetual calendar

I like this build except for applying the stickers on the round pieces. I also like that there are extra pieces and instructions on changing the dates so you could use this as a calendar as long as you want.

Great set! Minor instruction flaw

So excited for this set and the addition to my lunar new year collection. I did think I was missing two bricks before I realized there is a slight miss print one page 71 where the picture shows two bricks on the set that are show to be added on page 72.
