Overall building experience is good. I have issues with the friends sets as play sets. The play areas are too small, making play challenging. The top area where the treasure is you can’t play unless you take the roof off. It’s designed for that, but it’s still not the best design. I can tell it’s done this way to save money in the build vs making the areas bigger to make the play better. So overall fun build, but not the best play. I remember Lego play different as a child. We may need to stick to other forms of play for the kids and legos will be more of a build challenge from time to time.

Cute gift for preteens who like Legos
The wife couldn't open the box quick enough. We love doing Legos in the house and this one was no different. Everything is separated in numbered bags making it easy to follow the instructions. It took no time for this Lego set to be built. It's a nice addition to the many sets we have.
larger buildings of the Lego Friends
My kids loved this. It has lots of parts and is one of the larger buildings of the Friends group. Instructions and parts are the usual Lego quality. Looks adorable and is large enough for how much it cost. There are a lots of imagination for the many rooms included. It Was not too difficult for my kids to assemble. Very good quality.

This Lego Castle Bed and Breakfaat is just fantastic with all the different details!! From the sign, flower ivy to the exterior lights, they've really made this beautifully detailed. The colors and scheme are just so fitting to it.
Don't worry about it being difficult to assemble as they've made it super easy. The blocks are packaged into multiple bags that are numbered. These packages have coordinating directions that make assembly very easy. I admit we were definitely intimidated initially by it all. But with the way it's packaged with step by step directions, it wasn't hard at all. Yes, it took some time to do it, as the parts are small and children want everything instantly. This is definitely not for children younger than the specified age group as it would be very different for them. It also contains many small parts, so for safety reasons, it's good to stay with the recommended age. But, it all went well, and now we are enjoying seeing it played with.
We are thoroughly enjoying this Lego building toy set and recommend it for hours of fun, imaginative play!
Really cute and well designed
Arrived today and I am very excited to get started building soon. This will be a big hit with my daughter and a fun activity for us to do together.
I really like the cute colors and the overall design of this kit. It comes with everything she needs to play with it once assembled.

Very colorful and therapeutic
Recently I received this great Lego and Friends Bed and Breakfast courtesy of Influenster and Lego in exchange for my honest review. I was very excited for this product and Lego did not let me down. Over 1000 pieces . The actual blocks are colorful!! Very nice . My husband and I are going to put this together and then I will update my post. It could be a while . I definitely would recommend this to family and friends.
If you have kids…. MUST BUY
This Lego set is absolutely unreal. The quality, the size, the joy… I mean how can it get any better? The pieces weren’t difficult to find for the build, and everything went together seamlessly. I’m so impressed- just wow. 10/10
Really lovely set
I enjoyed this set immensely, it’s full of adorable tiny details to discover while building. There were some interesting techniques used throughout the set (especially the rounded walls) which provided a little extra challenge.
The colour scheme is understated from the outside, but on the inside it’s much more eclectic; giving the set a comfortable lived-in vibe (almost as though the B&B owners had accumulated interesting art and furniture over the years, as they’ve run their business).
This is a very minor complaint: The set overall is lovely to look at, but I wasn’t a fan of how the rounded walls (on the front of the building) looked from the inside. I feel like different colour choices could have blended the “creative” building techniques with the interior a little more.
The little dog is delightful, I like that he’s more realistic looking than some of the other dogs in the Lego Friends universe.
I would definitely recommend this set to fellow adult builders (and to its target age range too, of course).
Lastly, I wanted to say that I’ve been really impressed with the Lego Friends lineup lately- sets like this one and the botanical gardens, for example, add a depth to this line I hadn’t noticed before.
In short: Don’t pass on this one! :)
Beautiful set--so much detail.
I initially was nervous about getting this set bc it seemed bigger than i thought it would be, but the set was fun to assemble, is very colorful, and feels "complete"; it's a doll-house style house which I actually do like about this set bc of the amount of funiture and the use of bright colors thorughout. Each room seems distinct because of the use of the door-frames and from behind, the house seems to have little rooms. As an adult and advanced builder, i removed some of the greenery along the front wall of the house, bot otherwise kept the house just as purchased and I've assembled and reassembled 3 times already because it's been such a fun set to work on.
