Got this yesterday. After building a sizable chunk of it I find out I'm missing (so far) 2 pieces (see photo. The missing pieces are the mirrored parts of the other side). Its sucks that I have to wait a while week before I can finish the build. And maybe longer since it said one of the pieces is out of stock. Bummer but so far a fun build.
First i want to say how vibrant this set is. After building so many Lego Starwars kits in gray this was a nice change. Its pretty detailed and although the size is UCS scale it makes an impact when you see it completed. There is a easter egg in the build as well (no spoilers) The only thing i am disappointed about is that lego opted for stickers instead of printed bricks. Iv loved this OG ship i was kid and its great to add it to my collection
If you or your kids love legos or Star Wars this is a must have! It says ages 18+ so please be mindful of that. This 654 pieces Tantive IV Star Wars Lego Starship collection building set. Disneys 25 years of legos and Star Wars. This would really make a great gift, especially to a collector!
My husband is a huge Star Wars and Lego fan. We have the millennium falcon, r2d2 and all sorts of legos. This was a new set for us. I’d never seen it before. He and my kids had hours of fun putting together a new ship for his collection. They all had a great time, and it was an excellent way for them to spend quality time with their dad. I think all kids need Lego days with their favorite grown up. This was a huge win for my family, and we can’t wait to find our next set.
Love this Lego and Starwars collaboration! My son is a huge fan or Starwars so this was a fun build for him. The suggested age was 18+ but he did just fine (he’s 16). It looks very cool all put together. It’s definitely more of a show piece and not meant to be played with, as it’s pretty fragile. Was a little surprised that it didn’t come with a mini figure of any Starwars characters, but again it seems to be more of a display than a toy. Very cool. This set is fantastic! The instructions were clear and to the point, and the artwork and factoids in the booklet added a lot of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed building it.
My son and my husband have been waiting for this Lego set since at least March!! Yes, it took that long to finally get it! I love how it arrived in a large box, keeping the Lego box nice and neat! After we move into a new place in a few months, my son and husband will be putting this together and in a display box!!
I nicknamed him Violin because it looks like it. And it looks like a arm. And my grandma gave me this Star Wars Lego. And my dad likes it too. And my dad will play with the Millennium Falcon and I will play with this. And it is my second hardest Lego.
Great small-scale set of one of SW’s most iconic ships! The details, even with the relatively small ship size, are well done, and there are a few neat hidden details. The build is sturdy. Bonus points for the collectible 25 Years of Lego Star Wars brick. :)
Just completed the Lego Star Wars set the Tantive IV. And I absolutely love this set. And the Tantive IV definitely looks great next to the Invisible Hand.
oh what to write. my son had to open the package and there it was.. he jumped for joy (loves Lego) he rambled on throughout dinner. then he had to build it. it went fast and he was happy. nice construction and easy description to follow. It came in a slightly unnecessarily large box, but otherwise ok. Nice price
This build was really fun and had some great Easter eggs in the instructions as well as one on the ship. I'm not unhappy with it at the $80 price tag, but I do wish it had a little more detail like the Falcon does at the same price point. All in all, I'd buy it again though!
The quality of the product is very good, and it comes with a clear and extensive manual. A professionally created spaceship from scratch that looks really good when assembled. For younger or older fans, assembling such a corvette will be a great experience and a nice time spent.

The latest Lego Tantive IV is a gem. Loaded with great details this is a perfect display model. A good scale (Midi-Scale) it is surprisingly detailed and is a wonderful build. I love the Easter Egg – and I won’t spoil it, build it yourself. I had to add my own Easter Egg as the original shooting model has a Star Wars poster in the cockpit – and so does mine! It goes well alongside my play-scale 2019 version – as well as my other Tantive IV’s. I highly recommend.
Here's the deal with this set: the cockpit. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE says it's out of scale. It's not. It's pretty much nearly perfectly proportionate to the rest of the builds. There's just some details behind it that are larger than the cockpit ruining how it feels. I have a feeling some of these reviews were posted without actually purchasing this, because out of all 3 starship sets I built, this one I enjoyed the most. Some things could be done differently, but for the most part I felt good I spent $80 on this. To get an equivalent scale model of the Tantive completed at this size would have cost the same. Very good addition to any collection.
I was kind of skeptical at first about smaller starship collection and it being built out of a lot of little pieces. However, after starting the build, I thoroughly enjoyed the details and Easter eggs included in the design. The Tantive was a must have to compliment the Tantive Boarding set.
Great set! Realistic and the scale is great. The stud figures are really cute! A little overpriced but good overall.
This set is amazing. When you’re building, you make a tiny R2-D2, C-3PO and Leia out of 2 studs each. So cute! I do wish that the march 1st release ships came with minifigures. Awesome set Lego!
Building this set was pretty fun but the value isn’t there when compared to the other mini scale Star Wars ship sets. Also the cockpit is a little too small. This set definitely isn’t for everyone. 8/10
