My 8-year-old son was immediately excited when he saw the box. He wanted to start building right away. He found it very easy. The instruction booklet has clear building instructions and helps your child build step by step. After he finished building, he immediately rescued all the LEGO figures from the fire and fired the water cannon at the fire with the appropriate sounds and shouts. However, we were worried that building would be too easy, which it actually was. But he really enjoyed playing with it, and it is definitely one of his favorites.
