My kids are Lego fanatics and they come by it honestly enough because I am too lol I built this awesome Lego set with my 12 year-old daughter and it was so fun! In true Lego fashion, the set came with an instruction manual that very clearly described and showed what steps needed to be taken and came with extra pieces (always appreciated - especially when building with kiddos!). This was a ton of fun to make and has sat on our library shelf since we completed it. None of the pieces are loose and, even though this has been picked up and played with quite a few times, it’s still all in one piece! We will always be Lego-loving household!

Droids
I bought this because I wanted the droids. I built r2d2 the same day as I built the r2d2 brickheadz and now I have all the r2d2s ever made which I intend to photo altogether. The fact this came with a leia figure which constitutes about £60 of this set was a bonus as I also collect Leias too. I'm not going to add all the silliness to my droids but if my kids were still kids they'd of had fun with it. The only downside was each droid was a bit samey in the build. Glad I got this set on release day though even though I probably didn't get round to building it for 6 months lol. Today's photo will be all the qt-kt's with the 2 versions and all the pinkness and today's build will be R5-j2 and chopper. Good times. Good Lego 👍🏻

Droids are fun but set is poor value
I do like this set overall, however as a grown up collector I prefer my builds to look realistic. Therefore, to me, the accessories seem like a way for Lego to increase the brick count and therefore price they wanted to charge for this set. I have built them and put them away in a cupboard, simply leaving the unaltered droids on display.
I like the way this set was broken up, with one instruction booklet per droid. However it would have been nice if the booklets had said at the start which bags they needed to be built as this would have allowed multiple people to easily build the set.
I like the attention to detail with Chopper and the different coloured legs. But what is going on with the pale brown tile? It’s a minor detail but one I cannot stop looking at. Why is the leg not entirely grey?!
I think this set would be great fun for kids, as the droid parts and the accessories are interchangeable but at £90 it’s a steep price for quite simple builds or adult Star Wars fans.

Fun for all ages
Lego creative play droid builder was a lot of fun you can make multiple multiple droids and interchange the colors to make your own. Legos are always durable and easy to assemble and fun for all ages.

Cute set
This is the largest Lego set that I have ever put together. I love Star Wars themed items. There was a lot of pieces to this set and the directions were very detailed and easy to follow.

Lego's and Star Wars is the best combo
I am saving this Lego set for Christmas but having built oodles of Lego sets in my life and with my children I just know this will be a quality set. My boys absolutely love Lego's and Star Wars. When they are together, it is a dream combination. To be honest, I am the most excited about R2-D2 in this set and have plans to have him displayed.

Great Build
I wasn't sure how I would feel about this set at first. I one hundred percent bout this because of the exclusive minifigure. Not a fan of including a collectable in a play set, but it is what it is. When I opened up the box, I noticed every dorid had its own manual. I thought that was awesome of Lego considering this is a play set. I do have to admit I enjoyed building these dorids and used every accessory available.

Amazing set
I just love this set!! I will say that the assembly requires patience and time. The item itself is very high quality, it does not seem flimsy at all. The figurines are accurate and as a Star Wars fan, this makes for an amazing collectible item! Highly recommend

So well made, great for any age.
I love these, so cute! I did give them to my daughter’s boyfriend who’s a huge Star Wars fan, he loves them as well. Great for any age, they are durable and can be assembled easily. Love that they also work with all Lego sets.

Fun set but a little silly
I think Lego Star Wars is amazing and have loved it for 25 years. I don’t mind a little silly now and again so I definitely see the good in this set. When I set aside the extra parts like the glasses and hats and duck I love this set. So that’s what I did. I built it to 100% then I bagged the silly parts and displayed the droids in their pure form. R2 and Chopper and fantastic and the other two droids are cool too.
