Mountain Hut

I have built three mountain huts. And they are successfully completed. And good quality. And it is fun to do; it is a nice mountain hut.

MASTERPIECE!!

The set is perfect for any LEGO enthusiast , i myself am a Big LEGO fan ! i always like sets with play features and when i saw this i knew this is the one to buy , so now about the set in detail :-Features :the house in it self opens in two halves , the whole interior is nicely decorated, there is a table , a animal head, beneath it is a chimney with fire inside ! , a table on the side with a mug a painting in the other half accompanied by a drawer table , it has two windows which open ! and 4 glass windows which are closed , the door is quite big and it opens too ! , there is a balcony on the opposite to the door with a fence on which you can place the mug , the next attraction is the Mountain it two big pieces on top of each other joint by a plenty of small pieces , it has a gem/ruby on the inside which you can pull out and a bird on the top with moving wings !it also has a mini suv which you can ark inside the mountain , which i discovered on my ownDesign & Details :it has a waterfall on the mountain and many small details , the hut is neatly done with decorations everywhere , a axe on the side and a lamp on the other , a small barbecue kind of thing there is a wooden stick with its own place to keep it and a tree . it has small details on the top and a ot on the mountains like transparent and blue pieces between the waterfall and a bit of snow on the top!Overall :It is a nice set to add to your collection , if you love play sets with features and look , this is the one to buy , but if you like action figures or sets with distinct figures then you should try the ninjago or chima sets !

Great set!

This is a great set! It's a 3 in 1, but I keep it at the main build. It includes two (2) burps (Big Ugly Rocks) the P is silent! XD I love em, but if you want to buy them separate you have to get em on many different stores, you can't buy them on the Lego website! :( Although it's a great set! No cons!:D

Lots of fun building.

I ordered this set and I couldn't wait for it to arrive. It was really fun to build together with my daughter. It's now standing in her room and she has been playing with it for hours. We'll definitely be adding another one to our collection soon.

Cool

Nice mountain chalet. Very good product. It's LEGO and there's not much to add. The only problem is that I think LEGO is reducing the size of the sets, compared to the price, as time goes on. Am I right?

A versatile Lego set that's excellent value for money

This is an excellent Lego set - and all the better for being discounted on Amazon at the time of purchase (a rare occurrence in the case of Lego)!Mum son loves the fact that there are three possible configurations for the Lego, which makes it particularly versatile and excellent value for money.Just a note if you're planning to carry this when you travel - it's surprisingly heavy for a Lego set, probably because of the solid base units. This won't affect delivery, but if you're carrying it as a gift in hand luggage (for example), bear this in mind.

Super cool Creato mountain hut

Very beautiful and versatile, children have a lot of fun with it. It is almost built every day. Definitely recommended.

Let The Fun Begin!

I've been playing with Legos since I was a kid. Within the last six months, I've re-discovered this exciting hobby. After building a Winter Wonderland (including Santa's Workshop and the Winter Market) for Christmas 2014, I decided to start a new project...which I'm calling Legoville, USA. My plan is to use the "City" theme sets to build a Downtown Area and maybe throw in a few of the "Creator" theme sets to add flavor to the overall project. This set, the Mountain Hut, will make a perfect addition by allowing me to also build a forest recreation area. I found the set to be priced well. The hut itself is really nice. I decided to build the version with the mountain and the eagle (I plan to purchase a second set later so I can also have the version with the duck pond). The set is designed in a way so that the hut opens up, which I think is pretty cool. My only complaints are: 1.) The only headgear for the minifig is a helmet. It would've been nice to give him other headgear (like maybe a trapper hat)...or even just standard minifig hair so I don't have to take one from my collection. This would also add to the playability by allowing us to send our minifig on other adventures. 2.) The mountain leaves a little to be desired. I was disappointed to find that the bulk of the mountain is two large pieces, instead of several smaller pieces which would've added to the building experience. Also, the mountain is really only half complete. When viewed from one side, it is just a hollow background (see photo below). I guess I can take pieces from my collection in attempt to complete it, but I shouldn't need to do that. Not when I'm spending my hard earned money for complete sets. All in all, I would recommend this set. The cons I've listed above really shouldn't prevent anyone from buying it, just be aware of them in order to set your own expectations accordingly. I can't wait to get the Seaside House next and start working on my "coastal community" of Legoville, USA.

Creator - Lego's best-selling in-house brand

I am always surprised by how beautiful the "Creator" series produces. Almost too beautiful to risk taking it apart again to create something new - which is actually the idea behind the series. I was 21 years old and I wanted this set for Christmas last year. Because there has never been a Christmas without Lego for me, and there never will be! :) The set now looks great in my display case and is combined with other Creator sets when needed, to give my (unfortunately unused) creative side free rein, so that I can fulfill my childhood dream of becoming a Lego product designer, at least at home. A really great set with a very high number of parts for a fair price. Tip: Just before Christmas, I have often seen this set on offer at various markets. I would have just had children... Give your child a Playstation 4, but give them Lego - they will have more, and they will also have it for a long time.

Good Pieces, Good Model, Excellent Value

I think this model is pretty good, I especially enjoyed the pieces! TWO L.U.R.Ps That means Little Ugly Rock Pieces! They are kinda rare nowadays!And 10 tan Erlings! Tose are bricks that have one stud on the side. And it was a good price! Only $40 for 550 pieces! Nice job LEGO(r)! Maybe you could put a bit more detail.... I spent 6 hours not in a row building all 3 models, and built MY OWN MODEL!!!

The set is nicely detailled with the house and the Mountain with the little river. The house itself has very nice detail inside with the fire place, the wood (brown and sand color), the little table, the boat picture(printed) and the little furniture. I abslutely love these mini-build with eagle and the vtt. There is a lot of very nice pieces with the roof, wall, the mountain and the mini build. I dont particulary like the minifig but a nice addition to the with three nice designs with this set. Finaĺly a amazing set with a nice theme at a good price (49.99) for the among of pieces.
