The Brickhead series offers a different perspective on standard figures. It's very fun in that regard. However, my experience with DHL is a different story. On two occasions, this package was removed from the delivery line. I had two urgent chats with a customer service representative. The second time, I was required to provide proof of delivery. I was eventually successful. To my surprise, the box was full of incorrect labels, including my address? Yes, there were 3, and yet it arrived at my address. The address was correct. In short, the problem was not with Bolcom, but with DHL. Again.
