Mixed review
My grandson was desperate for the big AtAt but after explaining that he couldn’t have that he settled for this gingerbread one for his birthday. He was so happy when it arrived & although only being his 7th birthday he made it in one afternoon himself. I feel he loves it but I also think he’s a bit disappointed that the cavity in the back is not as large as he would like or that there are not so many accessories ie: cups seats , in the back. He also comment on it not being as tall as he thought it would be . Star Wars Lego is his passion & I’m not so sure this one will stand the test of time like some of them !

Probably the best NON-UCS starwars set of the year
Photo disclaimer: Jedi vader and Qt-Kt are from different sets they were just figs I was using to test play features.
The unique Gingerbread Darth Vader is great and lighthearted take of the right hand of Palpatine bringing holiday spirit to the least joyful father of the year! Bring home the stocking and presents and gather by the fire in this small sized holiday themed AT-AT with perfect candy cane cannons, a spot to drive in the head, a warm living room with fire and gifts, full articulation legs making it very possible for its size.
The build process is fairly easy and child friendly but also engaging for experienced builders. The plates on the legs can be fragile when posing and playing popping off frequently but they go right back on so its not much of an issue. The mini figure is great only slight miffs are no head or arm printing and the cape is 1 sided I just wish they kept the Gingerbread colour on both sides even if one side was flat rather than a washed out almost white.
Still as far as lego starwars sets are concerned this is likely to end up a fan favorite that will be very popular for years to come and I highly recommend it for the unique build and figure which bring holiday joy too a galaxy far far away

Great set
Enjoyed building this set. Only thing missing is a gingerbread AT-AT driver, gingerbread snow trooper and a candy cane stick for the lightsaber . That would have been icing on the gingerbread.

Super cool, but super fragile.
I enjoyed building the set and I love the way it looks. However, it is very delicate. Even as an adult who doesn’t play with it or move it around much, it feels like it falls apart every time I pick it up. It’s a great set to have for decoration. But would not make a good gift / toy for a child. It’s just too delicate for kids to handle. Some claim it’s too small, but I feel it is the proper size for what I paid. Overall very happy with what i got for the price and would buy it again in an heartbeat.

Absolutely Adorable and FUN !
To be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure about this set until I saw it in person at the Lego store - i fell in love instantly ! So cute and charming. Photos really don’t do it justice for some reason.
Anyway, lucky timing - was able to pick one up - being on back order all season.
Build was pretty straightforward if you’ve built ships before. Maybe a little fiddly if you’re a new builder - so patience and a delicate hand will pay off.
There are 5 bags w ginger Vader making his appearance early on. Minifig printing is terrific w a matching cape - plus it’s nice to see a rare ‘sweeter’ side of Anakin Skywalker.
The atat is a nice size - scales well in a winter village.
It’s not the most solid build (gingerbread leg panels can come loose), so limited for play but perfect for display and being careful when changing it up.
I did remove the knee technic pins for changing up the atat’s stance - strike a pose - but it makes it a bit more fragile (but it’s not fragile if you get my meaning).
The atat adds a lot of fun to a holiday village if you have one. Also great as a stand alone - lots of nice details (spoiler alert) : cockpits open up, fireplace, mini death star, candy canes, presents, coffee cups, cookie on a plate. The holiday lights are always a treat. And Ginger Vader (and lightsaber) is super cool - to say nothing about a gingerbread atat !
* Sharing some photos of my wee holiday village setup. Hope you enjoy them ! *
It’s fun to add a Lego holiday ‘something’ each year. This gingerbread atat is weird and awesome! The city advent calendar is pretty great this year too - so fun to add a little something to the village each day!
In case you’re a new Lego collector : Time and patience goes a long way with Lego. Have fun and build responsibly !

Even the dark side get's a bit festive
I bought the set back in October, as I was pretty sure it will fly off the shelves. I patiently wait until closer to December to build it. It was a very nice built, colourful and festive. Main sell-point was the Gingerbread Darth Vader mini figure, which is lovely.

Fun build!
I typically go for builds that take longer than one sitting, but Im a sucker for a set with something unique, the ginderbread darth vader mini fig is the cutest! i love this for the simple build but fun details, and it doubles as a fun christmas decor. my star wars obsessed husband also approves!

How cute is this?!?
I knew this would make a great addition to my Christmas decorations. The scene inside is super fun. Darth looks more like he’s made of chocolate than gingerbread, but I like that. He’s shiny and smooth and milk choc colored. The drippy icing on the AT-AT legs makes it look like he’s walking on little cakes. It’s adorable

Holiday Walker
Overall a fantastic set. I think the pricing is very fair, especially when considering some other Star Wars sets. The only reason I gave this set 4 stars overall is because of the min figures. While Gingerbread Vader is an excellent figure, I personally believe this set could have been even better if it had included a holiday variant of a snow trooper or something in that realm. Maybe I am being too harsh? Idk. Great set though, and I would recommend.

Gingerbread ATAT
Loved it, my son loves all his Star Wars Lego but I fancied this Christmassy version for myself. Loved building it, love the gingerbread Darth mini figure too. Lots of fun.

Perfect holiday set
This set has everything. A unique Vader, a good size AT-AT model, and awesome seasonal details that make it a great display piece for Christmas. And the price is spot on. I even had a couple of weird issues with my order processing over a long weekend and both calls to LEGO were just great customer service experiences. 11/10.

Delicious model
This was a very fun and amazing model that I hope to see more of. The build was small and packed full of detail and Christmas vibes. The Darth Vader figure could have used arm and head printing but the figure is still great. I love the idea of a gingerbread vehicle especially a AT-AT. I hope they release more sets like this in the future and more exclusive Christmas Star Wars characters.

Star Wars + Christmas - what could be better?!
I love everything about this set. As soon as I saw previews I knew I'd be buying it as soon as it released, no matter what the price. There's been a lot of recent chatter about the increasing price of Lego, and maybe it's pricier than it could be, but frankly I don't care. Building it made me happy and adding it to my Christmas display will too, and to me that's the whole point of Lego.

A sweet little AT-AT
I couldn't wait to add this to my lego AT-AT collection . It is slightly to expensive for what you get but
Its a great building experience and it looks so good even though its on the small side and the exclusive Darth Vader is a really nice figure .
If you love Christmas and lego Star Wars you cant go wrong , you wont be disappointed

I purchased the atat at the Lego store and immediately drove home to build it. I was waiting months to get this and now I have it, I loved the building experience and the fun style of star wars Lego. Highly recommend
