Such a fun build
This Lego build was one of my favourite ones to date. It was so fun and I loved that along the build there was crazy colour pieces that get hidden inside Santa. Not only was it such a fun project to build I now also have a gorgeous Christmas item to display each year. It was such a talking piece anytime someone came over. It makes it even better value when you can use it each year as decoration.

Great addition
Arrived in Lego box with numbered paper bags and easy to follow instructions. The Up-Scaled Santa Minifigure was a fun build for all the family and makes a great addition to our Christmas Lego display.

Fun and satisfying
Loved building Santa! It was quicker to build than what I originally anticipated, took me around an hour and a half, or just over that. Everything comes packed into numbered bags, which is really helpful for each stage in the instruction booklet. I even had a few extra parts. Instructions are really easy to follow, and it's so satisfying when you finish. The Santa's legs and arms move, and it's surprisingly sturdy too. My son absolutely loves this, and now it's been built, we will keep it stored away as a new christmas decoration for his room. 1100% recommend buying this set.

Quality is lacking
The build was good and fun but once my son started playing with it, it would fall apart. This is expected but it wouldn’t go back together without falling apart more. Its very fragile. Everytime I would push down to snap pieces together, another one falls off. Very frustrating. If you leave it as a decoration, it’s probably fine.

Fun, great to build set
This lego set is absolutely amazing, it was the perfect level of difficulty and made for a fun Christmas build! It is definitely good value for money, there is something really fun about a 'blow up' version of a mini figure! The only problem i had was a printing error of two bag 6s in the instructions, but obviously this is easily overlooked for such a nice set. I really enjoyed building this

Lots of family fun spent building this Lego minifi
Lego up-scaled Santa minifigure is a large 27.3cm minifigure. A few hours spent building this Lego minifigure which is very stable when built. Great fun for all the family over Christmas. In striking red and white festive colours it looks perfect and makes a lovely festive decoration once built.

Christmas Classic
Absolutely Fabulous Santa build. It brings festive cheer and is a relaxing model to create. Definitely looks the part, my one and only niggle is the plate with the belt and white fuzz at bottom isn’t quite the right shade as the white bricks, it looks like it needs another coat it’s just so slightly off. (BUT) i don’t think it takes any of the wonderful festive brick charm the lego santa holds …. This will be taking pride of place in the drinks cabinet and centre stage on christmas day as table centre piece … Well done Lego x and Merry Brickmess to you all x

A fun build and great to display!
The Up-Scaled Santa Minifigure which consists of 761 pieces and he stands over 10.5 inches high is such a fun build that really gets you into the Christmas spirit. It’s not an overcomplicated build the instructions are very clear and bags for each step labeled clearly as you’d expect from a reputable brand such as Lego. It’s good value for what you’re getting and very durable. We’re able to pose Santa moving his arms and legs so he can sit, stand, or look as though he’s waving. The bags are paper based and recyclable. We had such fun building and we finished building him in about an hour and a half and that’s with breaks in between. Santa also doubles as a great display piece. ( He’s on display next to our Christmas tree) The kids all smile looking at Santa and he bring a lot of joy to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Festive Build!
I absolutely loved putting together the delightful LEGO Up-Scaled Santa Minifigure set! With 761 pieces, it offered the perfect balance of relaxing building and a small but satisfying element of challenge. It took me around 2.5–3 hours to complete, and every minute was genuinely enjoyable.
One of my favourite things about this set is its dynamic movement — Santa can be positioned sitting or standing, and his moveable arms make him wonderfully versatile for display. This little touch adds so much personality and makes the finished model feel truly alive.
This build would suit adults looking for a cozy, engaging project, as well as LEGO-savvy preteens who enjoy something a bit more involved. The final model is charming and has become a standout addition to our Christmas display — it brings so much festive cheer!
If you’re looking for a fun seasonal build that feels rewarding and looks fantastic on display, I can’t recommend the Up-Scaled Santa Minifigure enough. A perfect 5-star experience! 🎄✨

We love Santa
We looooved building this, it was a fab family activity. It took a good couple of hours to complete with it being 700+ pieces but the kids loved it and it kept them engaged. His arms and legs move like a normal sized Lego figure but he’s soo much bigger. Perfect to build together and have on display for Christmas 🥰

Brilliant - it has moving parts!!!
This Santa mini figure is the coolest thing I have made from Lego. He is basically a massive Lego figure. His arms and legs move. It has taken all day to make - to me this is great value as we are a family of Lego builders so everyone has had a turn making. He is full of detail. The instructions were easy to follow for older children. Absolutely fantastic kit, love it. He looks fantastic next to the Christmas tree.

Ho ho ho!
This little set was such a fun build! The biggest surprise was all the printed parts - I was expecting lots of stickers for the face/chest but no!
Build itself js really solid, the adjustable arms and legs are held together really well too.

Almost 5 star BUT
This is a fabulous Christmas build BUT the printed torso lets it down. The saturation of white paint on the torso piece is terrible and the red of the torso brick shows through. I contacted Lego customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement part which is better than the original but still isn't as white as it needs to be. It would have been a better build had the white bricks had gone all around and the torso piece was shorter with only the belt and button printed on it.
I still think it's a super set and would love it if next christmas there was an upscaled Mrs Claus to go with upscaled Santa and maybe even an upscaled elf

Ho-Ho-Ho
This is such a fun build! The build is easy and a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. The instructions are easy to read and he went together smoothly. I love that his arms and legs move and that Santa can sit down to visit with children. I enjoyed this build so much I also made Santa a brick built candy cane and sewed a toy bag for all the Lego surprises he is bringing on Christmas Eve. He is going to make an adorable display this a Christmas and every Christmas for many years to come.

Santa
Instruction book has two bags labeled 6 and not bag six and seven. See photos. Also had two missing pieces which is unusual.

Great build!
I loved this build! Simple, entertaining and beautiful end product! I did want to let Lego know that I had a typo in my paper instructions. When I got to the page that is supposed to say “bag 7” with the picture of the bag, it said “bag 6”. It stumped me for a second while I was looking for bag 6 again lol. Not an issue, but I wanted to let Lego know in case this was a repeat misprint.
Upscaled builds are my favorite! Buy the set!

Great set except the printed torso
I have lots of the Christmas sets and collect minifigures so was looking forward to this build.
I, like others found the front torso printed tile to be misaligned and not a bright white to match the white bricks either side.
Lego have been very responsive and sending a replacement however I worry it is a quality issue with the build as by close inspection it looks like the model in the picture has this issue.
I hope they can resolve it as other than this issue the set is great.

First Lego Disappointment
I bought the Lego 40820, Up-scaled Santa Minifigure the very first day it was available online. I was on Bag #2 when I lost my enthusiam building it because the part below Santa’s belt (white paint over a red brick) did not match the white brick color. It made the whole Santa figure looked cheap. Alignment was off as well. It cannot unsee it because it is so obvious. Is there a way for Lego company to sell a replacement piece?

Outstanding build
I bought two of them. One for me and another for a friend. I plan to build the one and give it to my friend as a Christmas gift. I enjoyed building my Santa and have it on display in my home.
