My dream LEGO set
I love Christmas and I love LEGO and the two things combined is just a dream for me . This has to be my most favorite LEGO set I own so far !
I knew the set was big but I didn't expect how big the box would be and how big the Christmas tree would be . It's actually bigger than I expected, which is brilliant.
You get 24 bags which could be a great option for an advent calendar for the family to build together. My 9 year old boy helped me build it and we had so much fun together. The instructions are easy and straightforward to follow. We built a few bags each day up to Christmas and once the tree was built it looked truly magical. I only wish it had working light which would have made it look even more magical.
It comes with lots of mini figures , even Santa and sleigh with reindeer.
There are 4 hidden compartments behind the branches, which my boy absolutely loved uncovering and showing to whoever visited us . This LEGO set has become very popular with all our family and friends and everyone is talking about it.
My boy hasn't stopped playing with it since we built it . It's quite sturdy in general except some of the leaves/ branches falling off but that's an easy and quick fix .
It has cogs that move a small train in the base of the tree as well as a mini tree hidden inside of the secret compartments close to the top that add to the magic.
It's the perfect size for a centrepiece and it looked so cute next to our big Christmas tree.
I love it so much I want to have it on display all year round. If you don't have the space though, you can take it apart in a few big sections and put it back in the box for the next Christmas season. It even comes with a little box to put all the mini figures away so you don't lose any of them .

Absolutely beautiful and fun to build
This Lego Family Christmas tree is a wonder of many hidden elements all behind the branches of the central tree. It is a beautiful piece which is a lovely family project. It comes in 24 bags and therefore would be a wonderful alternative to an advent calendar. As with all lego sets it comes with guides so you know exactly how to build the tree. The guides are easy to follow and give exact step by step instructions to complete the tree. These can be followed by older children but this is a fun family project which slightly younger children can join in with too. Overall it can be slightly fiddly and sometimes the branches to pop off but this will be a lego piece that can be treasured over the years and be brought out and enjoyed each Christmas.

Everyone loves Lego!
Love building this Family Christmas Tree. The box was an impressive size, would look like an exciting gift wrapped up. The bags are all separated out, and the app makes it fun to build as a group. Were a few hours in, and still have plenty more to do, making it great value and not done and over with super quickly. It will make a lovely Christmas decoration once completed

Fun Build!
I am surprised by how many people did not like this set! I found it very fun to construct with lots of creative building techniques to explore but also just repetitive enough in some places to be relaxing but not boring! The construction is sturdy and I have opened and closed mine multiple times and had no issues with anything falling off or apart. During the building process everything fit together perfectly and the instructions were clear. If you are having trouble, just take your time. I had been on the fence about buying this set, but I am so glad I did. I really love it. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 for "play" is that I could see some younger children accidentally breaking something off trying to open and close the tree to access the rooms inside, but as an AFOL I absolutely love this set!

Christmas tree 🎄
This tree has 3171 pieces, so it’s not a quick build, but oh it’s so worth the effort. To make life easier we downloaded the Lego Builder app and followed this as well as the booklets. The details in the app are great and really helps. The figurines and the tree were easy to build.
Just wish it had working lights!
We have a new Christmas tradition.

A stunning Lego festive family build
This Lego set is just a massive festive WOW. It is quite complex and was built over 4 nights as a family but has been absolutely brilliant to build and looks amazing 🎄
It is so detailed, heavy and the mini figures are lovely. The tree opens up to reveal Santa's workshop and home. It has cogs to turn a mini tree and train set inside. There's just lots of exciting things going on.
It feels really sturdy, even with the moveable parts.
The set has 3171 pieces and the box even is made to be able to pack away and store it after Christmas, with a smaller box for the mini figures.
I absolutely love it.

Amazing memories to build.
Wow
I mean it what a Christmas treat! 3171 little bits of pleasure and smiles.
Lego has done an amazing job on this one.
Its set up as a one person build which would make an amazing advent adventure with its 24 bags (Well done) or as a family build with 6 instruction books where parts can be clipped together. I love the new little locking mechanisms.
Every little thought has gone into this kit. Letters for the post box, shopping list on the walls.
And it can either be dismantled totally for another year. Or it is designed to split in large parts in its box. Ready for year on year.
I bet a light kit will be out soon.
It is higher on the lego price tag £269 . But as an investment totally worth it.
Oh you get a little santaclaws too.

Fantastic LEGO set
I was kindly gifted this from Influenster to try and review. We absolutely LOVE it! We built it as a family of 3 and it took 5 hours. There are 24 bags and the instructions are broken into 6 booklets. The detail is fantastic, down to the train moving at the bottom of the tree and the small tree inside also spinning round. It comes with 7 mini figures plus the reindeer, sleigh and festive cat. When complete it is massive and has taken pride of place with our other Christmas lego sets. We highly recommend this set.

Lovely, but overpriced!
We built this set together, as a family of four, using the Lego Builder app. It was a fun build and we enjoyed the resulting model. However, I just can't get over that price. For what you get, this set is about £50 too much, at least! Also, as others have said, the cat was wronged, big time. It's like an AI designer came up with the face, very disappointed. Also, the mechanics aren't exactly stellar, with leaves and baubles regularly becoming dislodged when opening and closing the tree. In summary, we enjoyed the experience, but just cannot recommend to others because of the above points. Worth getting on heavy discount maybe. It used to be that you could spend this kind of money with Lego and not have to worry about quality and design issues. Not so anymore. I will not be buying big sets like this in future without very carefully reading all the reviews, and maybe not at all, with this crazy new pricing structure!

Amazing tree & figures
Family Christmas Tree
I really like the Lego set it’s fantastic for Christmas it’s easy to set up me and my son set it up with no problems. It’s made strong with no falling Lego! We love it and the figures it comes with my son loves the cat. It’s excellent just wish it had a baby kitten with the set it’s still perfect that would be the only thing I would of added my son is obsessed with cats and babies so this would of been very cute for him :)

Lego Christmas tree
Lego bricks are the best bricks I've ever encountered! The bricks are durable, you'll break a leg faster than they break 🫣🤭 Precise workmanship, every single brick is logged everywhere! Everything fits together perfectly and looks aesthetically pleasing. It all comes together to create a wonderful figure! It looks beautiful! I'll be spending the next few evenings arranging these wonderful blocks until the end!

I really like it
So it wasn't the most exciting set to put together, but I love it now that it's done. I set my train up around it and I can't wait to add the rest of my winter village sets to the table. It would have been more impressive at like $279, the price is a little steep, but as "the Rockefeller Tree" to my winter set up I'm glad I have it!

Great Holdiay Family Build
My husband, two boys ages 12 & 10, my mom, dad and I were able to build this together. I LOVE how Lego thought about building this set as a family! Different instruction booklets for different sets of bags. And the fact that built this as a family adds wonderful holiday memories to this build. LOVE the different scenes, all the minifigs and the moving parts. Truly an awesome build!

Great tree
I bought the family Christmas tree as I can’t have a normal sized Christmas tree now as have not got the room I know it is a lot of money but it is a great build and you have to take your time as it is difficult in places I have made a stand to put it on & placed it into my winter village with my other sets it looks fab I would totally recommend it as it is a great build & the finished item is great yes would of loved if it had been cheaper but after building the set I think it’s worth the money compared to some other sets

Awkward addition to the holiday Lego sets
It is a family tradition of ours to spend the week before Christmas building last year's Lego holiday set. We've been doing it since our kids were little, and we have a ginormous collection of about 15 or more sets that my daughter carefully arranges around our family room each holiday season.
I was disappointed to see this year's set. First, the price ($330) is about $100 more than any of the previous sets. I don't know what has caused this, but it is definitely a consideration. Is it worth the exorbitant price? Now, I am not one to shy away from paying a lot of money for a lego set -- I got the Death Star (older one) for my son. But this set seems overpriced by any standard. I am not sure how they get such a large piece count, but I suspect the hundred or so tiny snowflake decorations on the tree help out.
The second quibble I have with this set is that it is completely out of character with all the other sets in the series. What is going on? How am I supposed to put this in with the rest of my sets, which have small trees maybe 6 inches tall at the most.
I hate to say it, but for me, this might be the year without a Christmas Lego set. Hopefully, enough people will express their disappointment in this set that Lego will get their act together and put out a better set for next year.

Prepairing for Christmas
I knew what I am buying. I was very pleased with the size of the box, number of bricks and the way of building it. It will fit in our family Lego winter village. The building it was fun and interesting and I am happy with finish product. The only sorry is I ordered it to soon, because now Lego give GWP I want.
The only strange think is the return of the plastic bags. There are a lot of them - not really environment friendly. I suggest to Lego to start using zipper bags, so after we dismantle their product, we could put bricks back to preserve them. Now we're buying them in different stores.
Other vise good building expirience

Christmas tree
I couldn't wait to purchase this tree looked amazing which it is but on completion I found it's very flimsy the base is very sturdy but the branches I found not so good on opening it up to see the inner levels difficult sometimes the branches have fallen off or get caught up even though it's been properly built.

Lego forever
When I received the product, I was surprised (because the box was bigger than I thought) and there were many characters on the outer box that looked very beautiful. When we opened the package, we were not disappointed. There were many details when we assembled it. The process was very interesting and novel. Except for the price, it was very good.

Disappointed
As a lego lover and a christmas obsessive, I had to add this to my collection.
The size when fully built is impressive. The star is lovely. It is pretty to look at. The bits that I feel lets this set down, it feels flimsy, its very dark (yes I know its a christmas trees are brown and green as standard) and a few other colours for decorations would enhance its beauty. The set in my opinion is overpriced for what it is.

Beautiful set, but the cat was wronged
This is a beautiful Christmas tree. The size is impressive and the ability for multiple people to build simultaneously is a wonderful family project. The way this was created to snap together some completely without worry of it not holding together is great. The Minifigures are fun and represent different popular themes. The moving train on the bottom is fun and the dark green makes it classic. My one and only issue is the cat... the poor thing was not given a face. I swapped it for a printed tile, albeit the print is meant to be a dog face, but much better than the 1x1 unprinted slope if you ask me. I guess that is the great thing about LEGO, we can get creative even with sets.
