Fantastic set which took me back to childhood
Since buying the Lego Creative Dinosaurs for my son’s third birthday, I have been looking at getting back into building Lego for myself. I bought this for myself during the Black Friday sales. This set is absolutely amazing. Beauty and the Beast was one of my favourite Disney films when I was small and I was enthralled with putting the little gears in to make the ballroom and plates move. The candelabras in the ballroom and the gargoyles are a bit fiddly, but apart from that, this build is strong, fun and satisfying.
Super fun!
I’m a beauty and beast fan!! I love the colors! Very Disney!! The detail of the birds, the entry way beast, the library build, the roofing!! The detail is insane!! So amazing how Lego figures out how to use bricks to create this!! It was so fun!! It’s not used for play…only for my pure enjoyment!! The only thing I wish it had was Belle’s blue apron.
Beauty and the Beast
Fantastic set from the fairytale of Beauty and the Beast. Easy to follow instructions. Great detail in the castle with all the well known characters with hidden compartments and moving parts to explore.
Amazing
The detailed instructions made this so simple to build it was great. This is only my second time building a Lego set, my first was the UP house, but thanks to the instruction guide it was so easy. Definitely recommend.
Best Lego Castle ever!
I had so much fun building this Beauty and the Beast Castle. The detail throughout the build was just fantastic!! As a senior citizen Lego builder, this made my day. I even put it on a lazy susan to be able to see the beaty of all sides. Thank you Lego for making my retirement so much fun!
Beautiful but missing pieces
I loved this build. It was not too challenging, and I love the little details and how the design can move apart to allow play. My only complaint is that several of the set pieces were missing. In fact, a piece for a completely different set was included instead.

Loved building it. Some bits were very repetitive which was a little annoying but overall loved it
Dreams met
Ok i have been wanting this set since I saw someone build a beauty and the beast library. I submitted a request to lego ideas. So when this came out I was beyond excited. I loved this. I watched the movies and relived my happy memories of childhood. Not my most favorite build that still goes to the hidden side school. But had all the feels. :)
Wayback machine
I've got to be honest, it's been so long since I've watched the movie so I have no idea how accurately does it resemble the original castle. Based on the build itself, the color palette is very Disney-ish as you would expect, with 3 levels of playable features, including removable staircase with throne, mechanized feast table and secret changing room for the Beast. The build is rather bulky looking, I'd like to see some more in terms of the base like what we've seen in latest Disney Castle. One more thing I would like to pick on: the storeys are built in a way so they can be removed easily to access play features but yet there seem to be too many studs holding it together meaning it tends to fall apart while you try to remove them.

I really like the Beauty and the Beast Lego Castle. It is two things that i loved that they combined into one. I’ve watched the Beauty and the Beast a million times so i can still imagine some of the scenes that this kit captured - library, staircase, ballroom. They even made a secret spot to store the Prince version of the Beast. You can also make 2 version of Belle, standing and sitting down in the library. Maybe in the future they can make lego sets that have a sound effect. Like a song background while u are twirling them in the ballroom.
A tale as old as time.
A fun build with lots of exciting hidden components. Loved building the characters and seeing the story develop.i have a feeling this could work out expensive if LEGO keep releasing castles. (Can't wait for the next one)

I have been loving this Lego kit!
Beauty and the Beast has always been my favorite Disney movie, so an adult build of the castle is something I've wanted for years! The castle is gorgeous and has tons of fun details. I've had it for just under a week and completed the first book of instructions. My only complaint is for almost $300, I wish the castle were bigger and included a blue village dress option for Belle.
Absolutely Stunning
I have been waiting for a full size version of Beast’s castle to be made. This thing is amazing. It incorporates so many of important pieces of the castle, and the details are so cool. I made sure to get this on early access day. All Beauty and the Beast lovers will be satisfied with this one.
