Wonderful building experience for the right price.
I recently purchased this and it's a lot of fun to build, definitely recommended for a real LEGO collector! The only downside is that the original LEGO box was not packaged, so the shipping and BPost stickers are stuck to the original box, making the box almost worthless for a LEGO collector.

Nice set
I bought it with the possibility of returning it, and I received a neat box. One corner of the box was slightly damaged, but I still got a very good price. Everything was correct, and the set is complete.

A Dream Build for Every Star Wars and Lego fun
As both a lifelong Star Wars enthusiast and an avid LEGO collector, I can confidently say that the UCS Millennium Falcon 75192 is the crown jewel of my collection. From the moment I opened the massive box I knew I was in for something special.
The attention to detail is absolutely astonishing. From the rotating laser turrets and sensor dish to the intricate interior compartments, every section feels authentic and thoughtfully designed. The build itself is complex but deeply rewarding. It took me over 30 hours to complete and I enjoyed every minute of it.
At over 7500 pieces this isn’t just a LEGO set, it’s a statement piece. The final model is huge and incredibly sturdy for its size. It’s not just a display model, it’s a piece of art that captures the essence of the Star Wars universe.
Yes, it’s a premium set but it’s worth every cent for the experience and the final result. Whether you’re building solo or with someone, the process is immersive and meditative.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is the LEGO set to own. May the Force be with you.

A Fine Addition to my Collection
A challenging build that takes a while to complete, but is definitely worth the time. Loved all the little details throughout. Overall a very great product and I'm happy to have it in my collection.

Very, very large
Huge box with 4 boxes inside for the bags with the parts for each step. Strangely, not logically sorted (box 1 does not contain steps 1 to 4), but with various non-consecutive steps. Empty all 4 boxes and sort, for a total of 17 steps. Instructions are not in a standard booklet, but in a ring binder. Very nice and with background information. The completed set measures 83 x 60 x 25 cm and takes up quite a lot of space on the table/shelf/cabinet where it is displayed. There is some repetitive building, as some steps are almost identical or in a mirror image. A fun set to build, with also a number of minifigures.

Really cool thing
This is a great set, but it's a nightmare to build. I've never had LEGO sets that fall apart so quickly and fit together so poorly. But since it's already built, don't touch it and just look at it.

Sent without packaging.
The package was delivered today, and the set is really cool. However, it's very disappointing that the sender has stuck the stickers directly onto the box and on the front of the packaging, with nothing else around them. This has caused the box to be slightly damaged in the corners, and you can't remove the stickers without damaging the box. This is a shame, especially for a collector's edition LEGO set.

Missing elements
My set does not have many elements, unfortunately also key elements for the frame of the structure. In almost every numerical section of the bags some element is missing, almost twenty. Even the blue tubes imitating the drive are of different lengths (3x 73 stripes, 3x 83 stripes). My numbering of boxes in the package: 6206395, 6206398, 6206399, 6206400. The cost of the set is 3500 PLN, at this price expectations are high, at least that there are all elements. The lack of elements spoils the fun. I am still in the process of constructing. A great variety of elements to allow for the construction of other objects in a free style. However, the Millennium Falcon idea is amazing, but it's broken by your factory, and mistakes must be paid for.

Great Build, Awesome Detail
I loved building this thing!!! I gave it 4 stars in value due to the $800 price tag being a bit high as far as cost per brick (many of the counted pieces are very small) but the dollar per hour spent building is a great value... At first building the fame work becomes a bit of a "what am I building here" game but then as the actual details of the build start to flesh out it becomes a "Oh cool, that's brilliant!" game. As The bits/pieces come together I am reminded of playing with all my Star Wars figures as a kid, longing for a Falcon playset... Never got one, until now that is. It's going to take forever to pull it all apart but it's going to be worth it just to build it all over again! The review only allows 5 pictures so I included the more transformative steps...

Amazing
For context, this is the only Star Wars set I own and I'm not a big Star Wars fan in general, I just like big sets. Anyway I could gush about this set but I'll keep it short.
------------
This is the most satisfying set I've ever built. The interior although limited is good and really adds to the feeling of it being a Lego set. The removable plates are an ingenious design allowing for easy access, they just require a bit of competence to remove and replace. About 25% of the way into the build it becomes a bit of a slog but once it starts coming together (around half way) it really is amazing and fun to see each section be placed on the frame.
------------
Overall this is currently #4 in the list of my favourite sets only beaten out by Ninjago City Gardens, Ninjago City and Welcome to Apocalypseburg. If you can afford it any have the space I do recommend!

Challenging but extremely satisfying
I found this on Amazon two weeks ago and got straight to it. Took me 27 hours and 20 minutes over two weeks on and off, during which there were definitely some difficult and frustrating moments which paid off. With over 7000 pieces, each of the 17 stages comprise at least 3 main bags with several more smaller ones within, meaning a lot of time was spent sorting through to find small pieces or forgetting that I'd put a bag aside and thought I was missing pieces.
The level of detail on the exterior is impressive, particularly around the perimeter. I haven't played with Lego since I was a kid, but I was surprised to see the revolver gun piece pop up in this set; even more in how it was used.
Several of the top panels can be removed to showcase some interior features, which includes corridor stickers and some nice portals.
While you have to be careful with how you pick it up, the sheer number of pieces for detail is reflected in the weight of the model.
Overall a very enjoyable build.

Would it help if I got out and pushed?!?
So my build started when I bought the the 20th anniversary Slave 1 and was hooked, I had mountains of Lego as a kid but that stopped until last year. When I went the Lego site and saw the USC Millennium Falcon I fell in love but couldn't justify £650! So after months of trying to justify a way of paying this amount I finally came to the conclusion that this would actually be a legacy for my grandkids when they visited as they would always remember Grandad with the massive spaceship made of bricks so that swayed me to get it (plus unexpectedly I received a large bonus from work).
Opening the Ikea size box was just the start of one of the best weeks in my life. I read most of the reviews on here before hand so decided to take my time and enjoy the build as was probably never do this again. I took the advice of one reviewer and played all the films (luckily have Disney+) whilst constructing this beautiful beast. Took me about 30 hours to piece together over 7 days, no major problems at all and no bricks missing. Instructions were faultless and whilst I made a couple of mistakes was easy to find and rectify.
I added the stand, lights and case which this set definitely deserves and now sits proudly in my front room and fills me with so much joy when I see everyone's jaw drop when they catch eye of the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy!!
I take my hat off to you Lego, you pulled it off big time.

Wow!
Wow, what a great set! It is quite expensive, but worth every penny. This LEGO set guarantees you many hours of building fun (approximately 20 hours). The instruction manual is very detailed and thick, and is delivered as a ring binder. In addition, some background information has also been added. The Millennium Falcon itself looks very good: it has a lot of details, both internally and externally. The whole set is also very cleverly designed. Overall, a recommended purchase.

Excellent choice for fans
This is my third build since I started my Lego hobby. The build was very satisfying. There were some repetitious steps, but the build techniques used to achieve the overall effect were fun. I've read reviews that complained about stability, I built this onto a base I prepared, so movement is easy and secure. I had no issues with parts spontaneously disconnecting from each other. I do wish the set had included R2-D2, but I'll just have to keep searching for the mini-fig.

Amazing set!!
Bigg, fun ,and some times challenging to build.
You need a lot of space to build it,and to show this when finish.
It is a amazing build ,not too easy to build,i hade some problems with the gunner that should be on the underside of the Millennium Falcon....Have to get the ship downside up,so i could fit the gunner in the hole....Not easy to move the ship around whit this weigth....
And some times you think its some thing wrong when placing the finish plates around the back of the ships as they seems to "float" when you have placing them, there are some times a gap between them, but it is no wrong,it is like it should be!
So if you study the manual and dont rush away, you get a fun and challenging build time and a amazing beutiful Millennium Falcon when finish:-) :-)
Its to heavy to play with.
Only a few missing parts, some one i find in my other sets, that i use,and some one i get from legoshop, soon.
If you are a true lego fan or a true Star Wars fan,buy it before its to late!!!

I've Got a Great Feeling About This!
Having built a handful of Star Wars LEGO sets I was ecstatic to eventually get my hands on this and put it together. I had been eyeing the original UCS from 2007 for the past 5 years but was never able to purchase it due to the price on eBay or Amazon since it was out of stock. So when this was announced I jumped on saving up the money so I could purchase is ASAP!
I had a lot of fun putting this set together. I can't explain enough the amount of detail there is with this set...on the outside. While two of the rooms have much detail to them, the remaining rooms for the interior of the ship are "eh." It seems that for the amount this set cost there would have been more regarding the interior of the ship. That being said, I would still recommend this to anyone. My kids had fun watching me put it together and were able to help a little bit.
It would also have been nice if it came with a mount, like most other UCS sets do, especially since it takes up a good amount of room when laying down flat.
Over all though it's a great set that I am ecstatic to have in my collection!

Best Lego Set ever. A+++++
This is by far the best Lego I’ve ever bought. It was a bit of a challenge which I like. There’s almost no repetition which I love. I hate sets that are symmetrical where you’re doing the same thing over and over. This set was definitely not like that. It has amazing detailing like most of the other UCS models. I really like that you can change the satellite and characters to match the movies it’s been in.
Definitely my favourite Lego to date.

How bout some chairs in the cockpit?
Awesome kit - Of course, I also had to add a battery pack and lights to it to really put some zing on the model.
A couple of gripes: one is the lack of seats in the cockpit - for the price, you'd think they could throw in some chairs. Also, the smaller Falcon has a complete interior - this one is only half the interior with tons of empty space on the other half. Because of that, I cannot give full marks.

The Big One
Ordered this on its Sept release and got it a couple of weeks later. Honestly folks I don't know what the ordering problems were ;-) Finally waited till after Xmas to start on this set, when you've waited ten years what are a couple of months more? All in I reckon I spent 28hrs building this although I did fit in a set of LED lights after a friend incorporated a set in his Falcon and an after market display stand (to cut down on the space that the model takes up). The level of detail is good with the added flexiblity that youger Star Wars fans can opt for the Force Awakens Falcon rather that the proper Star Wars Falcon.
