Reach for the star (destroyer)
One of my favorite ships in all of Star Wars and they did this well. Despite it being slightly smaller than the 2014 one, its detailing is even better and more in place too. Also comes with the cool Cal Kestis figure of course too. Build experience was pretty good and it is very solid and sturdy. I do wish it was a little bigger but detailing makes up for it 100%. I’m tempted to buy another one bc of how well detailed it is and would be great to make an imperial fleet. Lego cooked with this one and is absolutely worth $160 compared to sets like the juggernaut or MTT at $160. Figs are good and accurate too. One of my top favorite sets of the year for sure! And is in my top 10 sets I own too. Good for if you don’t want a tiny set but not one too big or too expensive.

Beautiful build, poor design
This is a truly amazing build. The scale is perfect to display, the detailed interior as exquisite. It’s quite handsome to look at.
But the design itself is pathetic. To achieve the angles of the destroyer, the set uses two sets of hinges attached to unreinforced plates. This means that anytime you move it, open it, or try (which some difficulty) to close it, the hinges detach and the set starts to fall apart. I ended up building feet to display it on a shelf instead of play with it. I e attempted to use grey plates to try and reinforce the hinges, but it simply adds weight negating any strength I add to it.
This is why I don’t recommend this set. It’s a very poor design which makes the set very fragile abs hard to play with, or anything more than display.

For the Empire!
The set may be a scale down from the previous versions but it’s way more detailed and more interactive while still maintaining a display feel. The build was straight forward and the built in handle is useful although the size is more for a child’s hands. The impressive minifig collection makes up for any minor inconvenience about the set. The stickers once again are annoying but there were not too many of them. My set was missing 3 small pieces but I had some in my spare Lego box. I find this scale down version easier to display so I definitely recommend it for fans are who are working with limited space.

Great set!
The build is very good. The proportions may be a bit off but this set IS a play set, so I don't care too much. The building experience is a 10/10 and the figure selection is amazing. Could've done with an extra stormtrooper and a Poncho + BD-1 for the Cal Kestis Minifigure. I absolutely love the Holo-Table design as well as the bridge. I would really recommend this set, it's great for Play AND Display!

Another Great Ship Added to Collection
Finally ended up getting this set and it didn't disappoint. Nice build and the final result is amazing. Love the detail inside. Had one plate that was broken but luckily I had a piece in my own collection to replace it. It didn't damper the build at all. Love final result.

Better Than Expected
I bought this from another retailer because it was about 50 bucks cheaper. It’s been a while since I’ve last bought a LEGO Star Wars set, and I wanted to try something I didn’t already have in my collection. I opted for the Star Destroyer, and it turned out to be a great set. The figures are cool, the overall look is good. I like it. Someone on here says that it doesn’t come with the figures shown on the box. Untrue. I don’t know what set they got but this one does come with everything you see in the box pics. Playability? If o was a kid, then o probably would be okay with it. I would much rather they make a Star Destroyer bridge set or just make one out of LEGO. The interior is lame in that there’s not much to do. My son loves this thing, and even he wasn’t impressed the swooshability, however, is excellent. Flying it around is fun, and it makes an impressive display model. The price? All LEGO is steep, but I still say this one is overpriced. The ship itself is the draw for me as are the figures. I guess, am not a fan of out of scale vehicles even if I do get why they have to resort to this kind of stuff.

Super cool for Star Wars fans
This thing is quite the project. I do feel like the packaging is misleading because you do not receive all of the LEGO figures displayed on the box. The directions were pretty straight forward, but assembly was still pretty time consuming. This is a cool display piece but I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting a kid play with it.

Great for any Star Wars fan.
Being a huge Star Wars fan, I found this build thoroughly enjoyable.
It was the first Lego set I’ve had where the pieces come packaged in paper bags as opposed to plastic. This is obviously much better for the environment, but I also thought it gave the set a much more professional look.
Hopefully the pictures with this review do it justice, the attention to detail is incredible. I particularly liked the handle that has been designed into the destroyer.
Having an exclusive Cal Kestis figure is a nice touch and for those collectors out there I’m sure it’ll be a sought after piece.

Star Wars Lego Imperial star ⭐️ destroyer.
WOW! What an amazing product to test. Who doesn’t love ♥️ LEGO. I was delighted to receive this from Influenster and review. Super excited when this was delivered. Much bigger than I thought it was. It’s huge! Pictures don’t do this justice. Was packaged safely. My 11 year old nephew is absolutely crazy mad with Star Wars and so is my partner. This is a special 25 years of Lego Star Wars box. Including an exclusive Cal Kestis figurine. Age on box states 10years + and perfectly so. I wouldn’t recommend for younger kids as contains very small parts. I’m still in the mist of putting this together so will update with more pictures when compete. This would be an amazing gift for a Star Wars fan or for yourself as a collector. This will bring many hours of great fun. Excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this and will be telling all my family, friends and Star Wars fans about this. Thank you ♥️

Stunning build!
Amazingly fun build. Excellent detailing. All of the tiny one stud pieces make for the greatest touches in the details considering the size. Very sturdy. The size is perfect too. Plenty big enough for play, yet small enough for display. The bottom is completely flat which not only makes play easier, but displaying on a stand as well. I use the Display Stand for Lego Imperial Light Cruiser 75315 ($11.98) on Amazon.

10 out of 10!
The Lego Imperial Star Destroyer is awesome. It kept my son almost 4 hours to build it and my son really loves it. There is an exclusive figures in this set. He said this mini figure has a special design (color ) in the hand. The product is so well designed. It is a little bigger than first thought . It is very sturdy, the folding/unfolding panels work smoothly beautifully. There is a clever hidden to handle and carry a whole ship.
The interior is fitted out for a few scenes with control screen, dock. There are 2 shooters on the side. But the shooter is small and thin. Once you shoot , it is hard to find it. If compare to other star wars lego set I didn’t feel like it was overpriced. But compare to other lego theme set like technic, this set is a expensive more than other sets with less features or mechanisms.

Fantastic Build
This star destroyer was a great build with many different techniques. It is alot bigger than first thought but still holds alot of detail for a smaller model. Its very sturdy and can easily be picked up for play with the built in carry handle. The figure selection is great aswell. A must have for people looking for a great Star Destroyer for a decent price. Would definately recommend.

Love it
I absolutely love this, it took my husband and son about 4-6 hours to build between dinner and making it. Definitely worth the time really well made and huge, it was a nice bonding time for them. Will be displaying it in son’s room and he can still play with it as well and comes with tons of little Lego people.

The coolest thing you’ll ever see for all you Star Wars fans!
My 16 year old son was so excited this set came yesterday! It’s a 1500+ piece set (came with 14 different steps/bags and don’t you know he sat down and put the entire set together from start to finish right out of the box for the first time ever that’s how excited he was about getting this particular set! It took him a little under 4 hours or so to put it together! It’s such a neat set that actually has multiple functioning parts /levels of it along with 8 iconic collectible mini figures for the anniversary edition!

Great Playability
My son loves this set, it has great playability compared to other SW sets as it fully folds open but still looks great as a display piece. The Cal Kestis minifig was a HUGE bonus piece to add to his fig collection.

Amazing build excellent set
I loved building this set. It was fun and a remarkably sturdy build. Every step was enjoyable. This is one of the few legos in 2024 that also felt like a great value for the price. I didn’t feel like it was overpriced. I have found myself concerned about Lego set pricing recently, but this set does not fall into that category. I highly recommend this set.

Best set ever!
Getting this felt like a lot of nostalgia from watching the original trilogy. The only bad thing about it is the stormtrooper mini figure, which looks really really wierd compared to old ones (I have attached an image with the old stormtrooper on the left and this one on the right). Apart from that, it’s perfect. All of it is loads of fun to build. I honestly think that it’s worth the price. The interior is enormous and the best interior of any Lego set ever. It’s also a lot larger and more accurate than the pictures make it look. Play features work really well, it’s very sturdy and strong, and on top of all that there is a great cal Kestis from Jedi fallen order! Go and buy this set right now :D

“Trust only in the force”
After years of waiting we finally have Cal Kestis! Stellar printing all-around. This will surely be sought after figure for years to come. Wish list items like his poncho and/or BD-1 are oddly missing, those are the only issue I have with it. Missing things aside, this is a top-tier minifigure for the year (up there with Malak, Thrawn and Ahsoka). If this set and Cal do well I could see us receiving another iteration of a Cal figure in 2025 perhaps in a battle pack form or maybe in a long awaited and highly desired Stinger Mantis build.
Really liked this Star Destroyer build more than I expected to and was very pleased with the finished product! Loads of details in intricate spaces helped make the build an enjoyable process and once completed it speaks for itself. The set displays very well and the interior boasts more details than I thought could be squeezed in to the smaller scale, but Lego really made it work and their effort should be applauded!
Overall; with the figure lineup, display quality and play features, this a better than expected set that I fully recommend. Price may be slightly high, but the only deduction for me is the omission of Cal’s poncho and his trusted pal BD-1
