Missing pieces
I do Legos has a stress relief and hobby this set is really nice but when you pay the amount of money you do for it and there are pieces missing and you have to stop your build to wait for those missing pieces that makes the build frustrating it’s going to take a few weeks for me to receive the pieces I need to finish the build this is very frustrating

Excellent-Mansion
I purchased this at midnight on the day of release as I wanted the GWP. I started building it just before NY 2025 and I'm currently on bag 15 as I only build a bit a day or every other day, using it as a form of mindfulness. It's a great build with lots of nice ideas, the minifigures selection is great, all be it with some reprints from the x-men jet which is a bit of a shame!
I do agree with the other comments that this is too small, especially when compared with the other Marvel Modular's, the proportions are out of place. As such I have drawn up a row of extension bricks (using brick link studio 2.0) for both floors that sits above the existing window line. This has given it the height that it needed. All in all this is a great set to add to the Marvel Modular's, nice minifigures count and would definitely recommend. I'll upload photos when it's complete to show the height extension. Happy building

Must Have for Diehard fans… Not so much for others
i honestly get where some ppl are coming from with the set seeming small for the price point, but it is a lot bigger in person, and it’s wider then the sanctorum at the cost of it being a little bit shorter. I get it though, I got it because I needed to have it and love the x-men, but if your just a collector looking for big flashy modular’s this isn’t gonna satisfy you, go for the avengers tower or the daily bugle. Overall love the set, some design flaws which are disheartening but it still looks AWESOME in my opinion! if your a diehard fan you’ll love it 100%

Almost!
Great idea, liked a lot about the set, but way too small, and overpriced. Lost opportunity on mini figs as well. Didn’t need repeat cyclops, rogue, and Wolverine. We are missing jubilee, sunspot, morph, cable, nightcrawler, etc.

Itty bitty
The marvel modulars have been nothing short of fantastic (wink wink nudge nudge cough cough Baxter building). but this set just doesn't fully meet the standard of these sets. The daily bugle was one of the best Lego sets of its time and was just mind-blowing. it only made sence to follow it up with another set a year later - the sanctum, which was also absolutely amazing. then following it up with arguably the best Lego building of all time, the avengers tower, really cemented this series of modulars as a fan favorite. the X-mansion, however, barely reaches the standards of these sets. its attrociously over-priced, the Minifigures are rather lack luster, and the set is rather... small. It feels like the set went through some last minute changes. especially when it comes to height. it feels like a third floor was definitely meant to be there. one of the elevators has the word "lab floor one" written on it. which would indicate there would be a "lab floor two". in the instructions, it mentions there being a kitchen in the set, which definitely isn't there. the design of the building in the shows and movies also indicates a third floor, and some of the key rooms from the building are missing. definitely feels like there was originally a third floor before budget cuts were made or something. Though things aren't all bad, the set has some great action peices, and the techniques throughout the build are very well done. its also rather fun to build. And it doesn't look next to the other marvel modulars. (in which I own all of them).
so overall, huge flaws, but still manages to be a pretty decent set to get for your collection. I would definitely recommend it if you are into the marvel modulars, or into X-men in general.
also, having a wide modular like this one with a sky scraper would be awesome. fisk towers comes to mind especially.

Overall spectacular set
This set is a beaut, it has great details and minifigures and definitely has presence on the shelf. However I have had a few issues. First of all, it is a little small but I am able to except it as it looks mostly in scale with the city. Sadly however, the torso on my magneto figure has a few chips from other bricks of the bottom of the torso scathing the print and one of the stickers on the sticker sheet was missing entirely. The build experience however was great and would definitely recommend just a shame I had those issues. At this moment I cannot provide images of the issues as had to build the set quickly and put it away to leave for a holiday, if you need proof of the images I can contact you privately or through customer service, thank you.

Exceptional piece of art!
I loved this set from the beginning, every detail and easter eggs. I agree with some hobbyists about the size but honestly it has the most important elements that a X mansion could have and it definitely refers to the comics version of the X-Men, not the movies one but the OG.

X-Mansion Mission Failure
Good build but definitely not worth the price. I feel there could have been better x-men related play features. Additionally I’m not a fan of the floating debris/damage concepts. Lastly, yet again, I found two instruction booklet mistakes (pics attached). This is a common occurrence the past few years, what in the dei is going on lol.

X mansion
I enjoyed the build as it brought back so many memories of the cartoon. The details were amazing but I feel lost when completed inside the mansion.
I love the characters & for the exclusive Cerebro chamber I expanded the model.
Great set!

Fun but
I’m not one to write reviews but this is an exception for both good and bad reasons. Let’s start off with the good: the mansion itself is absolutely beautiful to look at. It has a lot of minute details that only fans would notice. The sentinel is also really cool. The figure selection isn’t bad either just couldn’t use a little more printing on the arms and legs for some. Now with the bad: the interior is small. It’s hard to fit characters in there much more actually try and pose them. That’s not really what I look for in these sets but I can be disappointing for those who do. Another thing is that while building one of the pieces necessary was almost snapped in half right out of the bag. This is the first time I’ve had a QC issue with Lego but it’s still disappointing. It hasn’t hindered the build process but could have if it was completely snapped. You can see the stress line on the 2x10 in the photos I uploaded. I’m willing to send to a Lego employee if they would want the proof. Other than that the process was fun and is a good display piece

X-mansion
Great idea, horrible execution for some of the other marvel Lego sets much more details involved, especially with the daily bugle avengers Tower and sanctum sanctum the X mansion is underwhelming the rooms are very tiny and small no ability to really look inside of them or display the highlights could have been bigger and cost more but would have paid it for better quality

Can’t wait
Got this as a Christmas gift for my son I can’t wait till we get to build this thing it looks like a lot of fun and I am excited to get all the figures included. We lucked out and got the Cerebro GWP that will also be given at Christmas. Really excited for these as I have loved X-men since I was a young child and I got a random X-men comic as my first ever comic book.

Missing piece
My son couldn’t wait to start building and on the very first bag there is a missing piece. So I now have an extremely disappointed 14 year old.

Disappointed
Finished building the X-man X-Mansion.
Kind of disappointed in the scale of the set, it’s smaller than expected especially for being a Mansion and the cost. Its more expensive than the Museum and has about 1000 pieces less. I have been building Lego for over 40 years and this is one of the first sets that I am really disappointed in.
For a comparison, I put the X-Mansion next to the museum, Sanctum Sanctorum & in my Lego city

Awesome product however
I love lego and have many sets, disney, marvel star wars and the list goes on. My disappointment with this was i purchased online and the shipping box was damaged hence my lego box was damaged. Any collector knows that having a damaged box is never a good thing. For the money i paid for this product i expected the lego box to be protected . middle of my lego box is bent from shipping damage. and. i am getting errors uploading here

Awesome
I usually only get Marvel for daughter. But since daily Bugle came out started getting some lol. I only had the small Sanctum and once largest came out wasn’t upgrading. Seeing the mansion next to my small sanctum makes me happy lol. This was a fun build stickers and all. Haven’t decided how I’m going to set this up yet but here it is.

Enjoyable build, little pricy compared and could use some more figs for price but overall great
