My granddaughter loves all the Harry Potter lego and received the herbology set. However when I asked her what all the plants were, she could name most of them but had no idea what the purple ones were. We did some research and nobody knows what they are and could not find any description. Perhaps this information should be supplied by the Lego company when selling these sets. She is very curious and wants to know the name and properties of this herb.
This would be a near perfect score if this was closer to 25 dollars. There’s a lot of detail packed into a small space, some very unique pieces like the mandrake root. However, only 3 mini figures, one of which is a downgrade from a previous version. And it feels quite small for 50 dollars, even if it opens up. Also, it doesn’t look spectacular on its own and I imagine it’s better when connected to the rest of the castle. Overall, it’s a decent *addition*, but highly overpriced and hard to justify on its own.

Really enjoyed building this! It has lots of colourful and interesting pieces and is a really fun and compact build. Good value for money vs piece count and looks really good to display.
Bought this set for my son for his birthday this year, he loved it, there are plants everywhere in this set, the minifigures in this set have no flaws and are perfect, and the set itself is so fun, it can open up to reveal the inside of the greenhouse, my son plays with it a lot and he likes putting all of the minifigures into little fun scenes! Thank you Lego for making this set
If you have all the Harry Potter LEGO sets, you definitely shouldn't miss this one. All the small details are very well reproduced. It's great to complete the collection.

Oh my gosh! This is SO cute! We are a big Harry Potter household and loved getting this Lego! The Hogwarts Castle: Herbology Class Lego is so cute. I like that it opens up and you can play with the characters. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were very straightforward. I would definitely buy more of these if they make them!
My family and I are huge Lego fans and I was so excited to receive this product. It has been very fun building this so far. I have been doing it with my boyfriend. We are halfway done with it. And excited to finish it it’s super easy and simple to follow the booklet and so far it’s looking just like it looks like on the box. What are you doing? Get yourself a Lego.
Super fun set with new LEGO figures, but the price is quite high.
What a great time!! My dad and brother in law worked on this with me and they all thoroughly enjoyed building not only just a Lego set but a Harry Potter themed Lego set. It was nice to see something that people of all ages could still get into and it wasn’t super hard to build but kept us all occupied for a bit of time. Nice getting to do some of my favorite childhood past times as an adult!
There’s nothing that calms my soul like a LEGO set. This Harry Potter Herbology set was right up my alley. Building this set combined the right amount of repetitive tasks with interesting and unique smaller pieces. The set really captures the most memorable plants and creatures from the movie, bringing it to life in a really stunning and creative way. As always, the bricks are high quality, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I had an amazing time putting this set together, and I can’t wait for my next one!
I have seen all of the Harry Potter films and am a huge fan! Since it is one of my favorite parts of the book and movie and has always captivated me, the Hogwarts Castle: Herbology Class is perfect for me. I love how meticulous everything is and how realistic it seems to the film. The entire build took me about an hour, and the directions were very clear and simple to follow. I can not wait to buy other parts to this series, like the Hogwarts Express. I would highly recommended the Herbology Class LEGO set, it was so much fun and worth the money!
I love Lego’s so this set is super cute i love Harry Potter I watch all the movies so this Lego set is easy to build and my nephew want one so i tell him I buy one for him to thanks Influenster
AHHHH SO EXCITED TO DO THIS LEGO SET. i absolutely love LEGO sets i just started them recently. They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOR SENDING ME THIS. Harry Potter is one of my favorite movie series and im beyond excited to do this.
We are huge Harry Potter fans so this Lego set was perfect for my 8 year old daughter to try on her own. This is the first set she tried completely by herself without help from myself or my husband. The instructions were easy enough that she was able to do it alone. She made a few errors but nothing major and she’s proud of herself which is all that matters. It’s not completely finished yet but it’s so cute so far. The little mandrake Lego pieces are beyond adorable! Another new creation that I’ve never seen before were the little mushrooms on the side. Great idea on Legos end and overall, they executed this scene perfectly.
The scenes in the Herbology classroom/greenhouse were always entertaining in the books and the movies. This lovely little greenhouse has so many details, like the "glass" in the windows, that made me smile. I especially loved the little fountain with the flower and the frog. The clear blue blocks depicting the water are so pretty. I have it sitting on a shelf next to the potions and charms classrooms. They're all much nicer than the "book" formats used in a previous LEGO Harry Potter series.
Very cute and fun built, the details are as magical as the Harry Potter universe. A very nice display piece next to my Harry Potter Lego collection.
