I love sharks, and I love Lego. So, naturally, I love this keychain. Unfortunately, after 3-4 weeks of using this as a keychain, the arm fell off and instead of joy from seeing a lego shark on my keychain, I only feel regret that I didn't check the plentiful reviews of people suffering from the same plight. Buy a different keychain.
Bought this for my son at Disneyland at the Lego store there. Put it on his backpack 2 days later and flew home (it was his personal carry on so didn’t get thrown around by baggage handlers). We hadn’t even hit the airport and one arm/fin fell off and by the time we got off the plane he noticed the other one had fallen off! Should have taken the warning sign when I saw one for sale that was already missing an arm.
My son has only been using this keychain on his mini backpack once a week. He isn’t rough with the bag at all and i carry it for him most of the time too but it has already lost a fin and a leg. As with other comments, this is such a cute keychain and we love it but the attachment on this is NOT reinforced at all. Would love a replacement but unavailable in our local store now.
I bought this keychain for myself a year ago and it has held up well and adds a little personalization to my backpack. While I enjoy this product I have a question I was wondering if a LEGO employee could answer. I want to get a pink shark keychain for my girlfriend with Christmas coming up but I wasn’t sure if there was a way I could customize a figurine for my girlfriend. I saw what I believe is a knockoff pink shark keychain but I would like to have a keychain directly from LEGO. I hope to hear back from someone thanks!
I drove up to Austin and withing a week of having it on my keys the fins fell off, I was able to find one but the other one is lost and I had to replace it.
Every time I move, I get a new LEGO keychain. From Superman to the Hotdog guy, they've all lasted. This is the first one that has fallen apart and it happened within the first few months of purchase. A little disappointed considering how well the others were built.
It’s a really cute keychain but didn’t last for very long. My son only had for about 2 weeks hanging on his backpack and one fin is missing. He was very disappointed because he loves it.
I bought this for a friend. She never played with it, just used it as a keychain. The fin/arm fell off randomly and we don’t know where it is. Everyone involved is very upset.
Bought this in-store, only had it for about 3 weeks at this point attached to my car keys, but the right arm/fin already fell off and I don't know where it fell.
my shark lego man was given to me as a present from a very special person and the fin has fallen off :( the shark will be swimming lop-sided now :(
Purchased this awesome Lego Sharkman key chain on a Saturday in NYC Rockefeller Center store and by Tuesday the fin fell off and went missing. So disappointed to already have a cool key chain half built
