LEGO Mini Disney Castle 40478

This was an impulse by whilst holidaying with my family. I’ve always hoped for the Disney castle LEGO set, but it’s always been out of my price range. When I saw this, I just had to have it! It was excellent value for money, and perfect for a beginner like myself. I’ve previously built with my daughter, but find it quite a therapeutic task, so was excited to sit and do this for myself. It only took me a couple of hours (had to break half way to do the school pickup). So many lovely details have gone into this, such as the tiny glass slippers, castle portrait and frosted shimmery blue windows. It’s simply lovely, and was a joy to build ☺️ I’ve now seen there’s other minis, so may have to start a little collection 💙
