To be honest, not as bad as I thought it would be. I thought it was gonna be one of those very cheaply made ugly, small and useless cheap Legos. but it really surprises me, because the build experience was not bad and it’s cool if you want to take some cinematic photos. Overall, I would recommend this to someone of a younger age group or someone that is in the beginner-intermediate level of building
Do not rely on the original LEGO tracks, as LEGO indicates this. The wheels are fixed to the train and cannot make turns.

I received the invoice immediately, even though I had selected to pay later. It seems that bol was informed that the package had been delivered, but that is not the case. The package has not even left the sorting center yet.
This is an excellent set recommend buying two though to have the full train was easy to build took about 20-30mins
It was a very nice surprise for my boyfriend. He really enjoyed building it
Basic build, thought it was fairly boring to loom at but was looking for a sturdy train for my son to use on my tracks, my trains have been falling apart a bit at speed. Asked for advice in store, was clear I wanted to use it on track and it's a different size and incapable of turning with solid wheel bases to can't go on any track. Very disappointing
Building the train is very fun, and playing with it is also enjoyable.
When I first heard about this set, I was quite excited to see the LEGO® Company releasing a mini train set that isn't a gift-with-purchase product! I bought a couple copies of this set in mid-June, and I'm very impressed with the results. The detailing is phenomenal for the simplicity of this HST, from the white ingot doors, to the smoothly-shaped nose of the locomotive! The pantographs add a lot of charm as well. I like that this set doesn't come as the complete train, so that way people on a budget can buy the two-car set alone. That said, the train with four units of consist looks fantastic! It's rather long, and displays well on my dresser. Though it would have been nice to have osculating trucks, the lack of this implementation makes the train easier to handle during play and display. However, if this set should retire and re-release, I would definitely like to see swiveling bogies! Overall, this set makes for an awesome collectable, and a great addition to the LEGO® Creator line, and I hope to see more train sets done to this scale in the near future! 🎩👌🏻 ~ Joseph cheeseinthepie
My son is obsessed with trains but he’s still young so we’re not doing the huge sets so this a perfect little train for him. And we stumbled into the fun play feature that it you flip the wheels and put a little square swivel piece (borrowed them from a different set and I can’t remember what they’re called) on the wheels you can use it on the typical wooden train tracks for other toy trains. Next we’ll try making them into 3 or 4 smaller cars so they might run on the tracks without the swivel pieces, but right now he wants to keep them as they are.
I mean great for little kids and just to have a stand to show it off but one of the bad things is that it uses really bright colours like pink which are visible from the outside. Also it couldn't be run on tracks as the bogies aren't movable. Other than that a solid build and love that you can buy 2 trains and have more stickers for 4 carriages. Making a custom stand for mine.
